Giving
Now is the time for healing, for reconnecting, for supporting educators in making all classrooms places where all kids can thrive.
Peaceful Schools NC provides tools that are needed right now in our systems of education and that support all young people.
With your donation, we increase our capacity to impact our current school communities and future generations.
When you give, we can grow into our potential.
Our secure online giving portal makes it easy to make a one-time gift or set up a recurring donation. Peaceful Schools NC is proudly hosted by Carolina Friends School. We are a 501c3 organization and donations are fully tax-deductible. You will receive a receipt for tax purposes. Cash or check gifts can be sent to Carolina Friends School, with attention to Peaceful Schools NC.
Spring Giving 2024 🌱
Thanks to 124 generous supporters, we raised $43,460. This year, because of you, we’re able to:
• Allocate at least $25,000 to expanding our Title 1 programming
• Offer Student Day at no cost to our partner schools
• Provide scholarships for teachers to attend our trainings and funding for free events for the public.
With your partnership and investment, we truly believe we can change the world. Thank you.
Volunteer
We couldn’t do it without you!
Every bit of support we have had ultimately makes a positive difference for our kids.
Over the years our volunteers have:
helped to spread the word about our work
directly supported kids in our schools
helped run booths at community events
found donations for Student Day and our School to Peace Pipeline conference
made buttons for our kids
put together materials for events and programs
In-Kind Goods and Services
It takes a village to share the work, host events, and care for our students and educators during our programs.
We are grateful for the ongoing support of our community partners!
